Join Asia Brewery Incorporated as a dedicated Delivery Driver in Cauayan City, Isabela. In this full-time role, you will safely operate the assigned route vehicle to deliver our full product range to customers, while efficiently handling the retrieval of empties within your routing area. As a Delivery Driver, you will follow a predefined route plan, manage loading and unloading with care, verify quantities against delivery notes, and obtain proof of delivery from customers. You will perform routine vehicle inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any mechanical or safety concerns promptly. You will also maintain accurate delivery records, coordinate with Sales Representatives to optimize delivery schedules, and provide courteous, professional service to customers. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and ready to contribute to a positive customer experience with every stop.
Responsibility
- Safely operate the designated delivery vehicle on assigned routes to deliver Asia Brewery products to customers
- Load, secure, and unload products, verifying quantities and product codes against delivery notes
- Retrieve empties and facilitate the return process following company guidelines
- Obtain proofs of delivery, update delivery records, and communicate discrepancies to the Sales team
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times
- Maintain positive customer interactions, answer inquiries, and resolve basic issues professionally
- Coordinate with Sales Representatives to optimize routes and delivery timing
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; valid Philippine driver's license
- Minimum 1 year of delivery driving or related logistics experience preferred
- Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg; capable of loading/unloading
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision; flexible schedule as needed
- Knowledge of the Isabela region and local routes is advantageous
- Willingness to learn product handling standards and safety procedures
