Responsibility
- Safely deliver food orders to customers within Pasig City and neighboring areas following designated routes and time schedules.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on-time, maintaining food quality and temperature standards.
- Provide excellent customer service during every delivery interaction and communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Handle cash and electronic payment transactions responsibly when required, and provide correct change or receipts.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on company vehicle to ensure optimal safety and cleanliness.
- Assist with loading and unloading orders, confirming accuracy before departure.
- Follow company policies, road safety rules, and local traffic regulations at all times.
- Report any incidents, delays, or issues to supervisors promptly for immediate resolution.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred (at least 1 year).
- Holder of a valid Philippine driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Pasig City and Metro Manila traffic routes.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 20kg as needed.
- Strong sense of punctuality, honesty, and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
