Private Advertiser is expanding its delivery team in Singapore. We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver with a Class 3 license to support our growing 3PL operations in the West Region. As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for safely transporting goods, loading and unloading when required, securing cargo, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. You will plan efficient routes, communicate with dispatch about any delays, and strive to provide a positive customer experience on every interaction. Responsibility
- Drive and deliver goods to assigned locations within the West Region, adhering to schedules and safety standards.
- Operate a Class 3 licensed vehicle, perform pre trip and post trip inspections, and report any issues.
- Load and unload goods, secure cargo, and ensure safe handling of items during transport.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain customer sign-off; update dispatch with delivery status and any changes.
- Plan efficient routes, monitor delivery times, and adapt to changing conditions to meet customer expectations.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service and represent the company with a positive image on every interaction.
- Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained; promptly report maintenance needs.
Qualification
- Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of delivery or logistics experience preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move items as part of loading and unloading operations.
- Strong time management and route planning skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and basic vehicle inspection practices.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation tools and handheld devices.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
