Join Asia Brewery Incorporated, a leading beverage company, as a Delivery Driver in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will partner with Sales Drivers and Sales Representatives to support route execution, coordinate with warehouses, and provide outstanding customer service on every stop. As a Delivery Driver, you will be entrusted with representing our brand at customer locations, ensuring orders are complete, undamaged, and delivered on schedule. Safety, reliability, and professionalism are at the core of this role. You will maintain accurate delivery records, perform basic vehicle checks, and communicate any route changes to the team promptly. We prioritize safety and compliance with all traffic laws and company policies. You will conduct pre- and post-trip checks, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any incidents immediately. You will also help with basic inventory control at the distribution point and assist with empties returns to the depot as required.
Responsibility
- Safely operate and maintain the assigned delivery vehicle in accordance with company policies and traffic laws.
- Load, secure, and verify goods for delivery; ensure accuracy of orders, quantities, and product codes.
- Deliver beverages to assigned customers on scheduled routes; ensure on-time, accurate, and damage-free deliveries.
- Collect payments where applicable and obtain customer signatures; process delivery confirmations accurately.
- Update route documentation and delivery logs; communicate delays or issues to the Sales team promptly.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards; build positive relationships with clients.
- Assist in inventory checks and returns of empties according to company policy with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Philippine driver's license with the appropriate category for delivery vehicles.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role preferred.
- Familiarity with Pampanga region, including San Fernando and neighboring areas.
- Excellent time management, organization, and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items, with capability to perform load/unload tasks.
- Clean driving record and knowledge of safety regulations; ability to follow policies and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting; willingness to report issues promptly.
