About the role: You will be responsible for the timely delivery of our products, maintaining safe driving practices, and representing the OMG Cosmetics brand with professionalism. Your dedication will help us maintain high customer satisfaction and repeat business across Metro Manila.
Responsibility
- Safely operate delivery vehicle to pick up and drop off ORO Socks & OMG Cosmetics to customers and retailers within designated routes.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet scheduled delivery times and maintain on-time service levels.
- Verify orders, collect signatures, and ensure accuracy of deliveries; inspect packages for damage and handle with care.
- Load and unload products, manage inventory in the vehicle, and maintain organized delivery logs.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service; communicate delivery status and address customer inquiries when needed.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety policies; report any vehicle or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance checks of the delivery vehicle; perform routine safety checks before each shift.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to deliveries and route documentation as required.
Qualification
- Valid driver’s license appropriate to the vehicle used for deliveries; clean driving record preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of delivery, courier, or logistics experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Metro Manila routes and reliable navigation skills (GPS familiarity required).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to handle inquiries professionally.
- Physical fitness to lift and move packages (reasonable accommodation for weight and repetitive motion).
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Safety-conscious mindset with the ability to follow safety protocols and company policies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
