We are looking for a skilled Demand and Sales Planning Officer to join our team at Hap Suy Hardware Co., Inc. The role involves forecasting, demand planning, and sales and operations planning (S&OP) to ensure efficient inventory management and optimize sales performance.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement demand forecasting models
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to gather relevant data for accurate demand planning
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align sales forecasts with production plans
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to anticipate future demand
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasts as needed
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in demand planning, sales planning, or related role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other forecasting tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
