The role offers exposure to regional and global planning practices, enabling you to influence production scheduling, procurement strategies, and inventory policies in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

At Cargill, you will thrive in a collaborative culture that values accountability, analytical thinking, and clear communication. You will lead a team of planners, mentor talent, and deliver meaningful impact by aligning supply with demand, optimizing inventory turns, and contributing to sustainable, profitable operations. This position provides a competitive compensation package, professional development opportunities, and the chance to make a tangible difference in the availability of essential products across the region.
