Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue targets.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, foundations, corporations, and community partners.
- Oversee annual giving campaigns, major gift solicitations, and donor engagement programs.
- Lead grant research, proposal development, and timely reporting to funders.
- Collaborate with programs and finance teams to align resources with impact metrics and budgets.
- Create and manage a donor communications plan, including newsletters and impact reports.
- Plan, coordinate, and host fundraising events and digital campaigns to maximize reach and yield.
- Monitor metrics, prepare dashboards, and adapt strategies based on data and feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, or a related field; master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive fundraising or nonprofit leadership experience.
- Proven track record in securing gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
- Strong grant writing, proposal development, and reporting skills.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with donor management systems (CRM) and data analytics.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and operate with integrity and accountability.
