As a senior fundraising leader you will oversee donor relations, grant development, major gifts, events, and campaigns while ensuring impact and transparency.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual revenue goals across individual gifts, grants, events, and corporate partnerships.
- Lead grant research, proposal development, reporting, and funder communications to ensure compliance and long term support.
- Build and maintain strong donor relationships through personalized stewardship, communications, and recognition programs.
- Plan and manage donor events and campaigns that engage new supporters and deepen engagement with existing donors.
- Collaborate with program staff to align fundraising with mission and program outcomes and report impact to stakeholders.
- Oversee the development team and volunteer committees, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Monitor performance metrics, develop dashboards, and provide regular leadership updates and forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to ethical fundraising standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualification
- Bachelor or graduate degree in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, or related field; 7+ years fundraising experience in nonprofits.
- Proven track record in major gifts, grants, annual giving, and donor stewardship; experience with CRM systems (eg Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex program outcomes into compelling stories.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and budget oversight capabilities.
- Experience leading teams and working with boards, volunteers, and diverse partners.
- Knowledge of fundraising ethics and compliance requirements; ability to analyze data and measure impact.
- Ability to travel as needed and adapt to a dynamic nonprofit environment.
