Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual revenue goals across individual gifts, grants, events, and corporate partnerships.

  • Build and maintain strong donor relationships through personalized stewardship, communications, and recognition programs.

Qualification

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex program outcomes into compelling stories.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and budget oversight capabilities.
  • Experience leading teams and working with boards, volunteers, and diverse partners.
  • Knowledge of fundraising ethics and compliance requirements; ability to analyze data and measure impact.
  • Ability to travel as needed and adapt to a dynamic nonprofit environment.
