HopeBridge Foundation is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering communities through education and resource access. We are seeking a proactive Development Manager to lead donor acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives. You’ll collaborate with programs, finance, and communications to design and implement fundraising campaigns that increase annual giving and secure multi-year commitments.
In this role you’ll manage the donor pipeline, coordinate events, and ensure data integrity in our CRM. If you’re passionate about social impact and have a track record of building relationships with individual donors and foundations, we want to hear from you.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute the annual fundraising plan to meet revenue targets across individual giving, grants, and events.
- Manage the donor pipeline from prospecting to stewardship, with a focus on cultivation of major gifts.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events and digital campaigns to maximize engagement and giving.
- Research and write compelling grant proposals and reports in collaboration with program staff.
- Maintain accurate donor data in the CRM; produce regular dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, programs, and finance to align messaging, budgets, and impact storytelling.
- Build and sustain relationships with foundations, corporations, and community partners.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of fundraising experience in a nonprofit setting with proven results.
- Strong written and verbal communication, and donor stewardship skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce NPSP) and data-driven fundraising.
- Demonstrated success in grant writing and managing grant reporting processes.
- Ability to plan, manage multiple priorities, and work cross-functionally.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and the mission of the organization.
- Event planning experience and ability to engage diverse donor audiences.
