In this role you will develop and execute an annual fundraising plan, manage donor stewardship, coordinate grant proposals, oversee annual campaigns and events, and collaborate with program staff to align fundraising with impact goals.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute the annual fundraising plan and donor pipeline to meet revenue goals.
- Manage donor stewardship from cultivation through acknowledgement and retention.
- Coordinate grant proposals, reports, and foundations communications.
- Plan and oversee fundraising events and digital campaigns to maximize engagement and giving.
- Build and nurture relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and volunteers.
- Collaborate with program staff to align fundraising activities with program outcomes and impact.
- Monitor fundraising metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of fundraising experience in a nonprofit setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tell compelling impact stories.
- Experience with donor management software (CRM) such as Salesforce, Bloomerang, or similar.
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of fundraising ethics and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
