Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to expand donor engagement and financial support.
- Cultivate relationships with major donors, corporations, and foundation partners to foster long-term partnerships.
- Lead grant writing, proposal development, and reporting to secure new funding opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage high-impact fundraising events and campaigns.
- Supervise donor communications, ensuring timely acknowledgments and updates.
- Track, analyze, and report fundraising metrics to leadership for strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with the communications team to align development and publicity efforts.
- Maintain donor database accuracy and implement best practices for stewardship.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or a similar role.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience with donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building acumen.
