Join Roche as a Digital Campaign Specialist in the Digital Campaigns Chapter within the Global Digital Hub. You will own the end to end lifecycle of digital campaigns from planning and execution to optimization and reporting, across paid search, social, display, email, and programmatic channels. This role requires close collaboration with regional and global teams to ensure campaigns align with Roche brand strategy and business goals while delivering measurable impact.
As a data driven marketer, you will translate business objectives into actionable campaigns, set performance targets, design experiments, and monitor KPI dashboards. You will use analytics to extract insights, optimize budgets and bidding strategies, and share clear performance updates with stakeholders. You will champion best practices in measurement, privacy compliance, creative testing and agile marketing to accelerate growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

What you will do on a daily basis includes partnering with brand managers, creative teams and product owners to brief and brief back, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring all activities comply with privacy and data governance guidelines. You will maintain a test and learn mindset, iterating on creatives and audience segments to improve conversion and ROI. You will own monthly and quarterly performance reporting, translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibility
- Lead end to end planning, execution, optimization and reporting of digital campaigns across paid search, social, display, email and retargeting campaigns
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure campaigns align with Roche brand strategy and business goals
- Develop and test audience segments, messages and creative variations; execute A/B testing and optimization experiments
- Manage budgets, bid strategies and pacing to maximize ROI while ensuring cost efficiency
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data and present dashboards and insights to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, data governance and ad platform policies
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and toolsets; advocate for marketing automation and measurement maturity
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted
- Proven experience in digital campaign management across multiple channels including paid search, social and email
- Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics and reporting tools
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM and data driven decision making
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable campaigns and measurable targets
- Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills; comfortable working with cross functional teams in a global environment
- Knowledge of brand guidelines and privacy regulations in digital advertising
