As a hands-on marketer, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with property owners, facility managers, and decision-makers. You will manage timelines, budgets, and a range of digital channels, from search and social to email and content marketing, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
What you will do
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to increase brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for the company website, blog, social media, and newsletters that aligns with brand voice and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads platforms, and marketing automation tools; provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
- Manage paid media budgets, set up targeting, test creatives, and optimize campaigns for ROI across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Facilities teams to ensure campaigns align with pipeline needs and value propositions.
- Support branding initiatives, events, and partnerships; coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent messaging.
- Lead website optimization efforts, including on-page SEO, conversion rate optimization, and UX improvements to drive inquiries and conversions.

Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or facilities/real estate environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns; comfortable working with dashboards and reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic HTML/CMS knowledge and familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
