What youâll do includes developing a content calendar, producing engaging content pieces, optimizing on-page SEO, managing social media channels, and analyzing performance with analytics tools to improve ROI. Responsibility
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
- Create and optimize blog posts, social media content, emails, videos, and other formats to drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery across channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Analyze content performance using Google Analytics, social insights, and SEO tools; generate actionable optimization recommendations.
- Optimize content for search engines, including keyword research, on-page SEO, meta tags, internal linking, and structured data where relevant.
- Support paid campaigns and landing page optimization to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Stay current with healthcare marketing trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of digital marketing, content creation, or healthcare marketing experience.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, editing, and content adaptation skills.
- Proficiency with SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools).
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress) and basic design tools (Canva, Figma).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and paid/social performance marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent time management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
