As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will own the execution of integrated campaigns from concept to reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Creative, PR, and Sales. You will manage social media initiatives, content calendars, influencer activations, and product launches while maintaining high standards of aesthetics and brand quality. Your insights from analytics will guide optimization and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders. Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content channels to support luxury brand objectives.
- Develop and manage event concepts, oversee logistics, vendor coordination, guest lists, invitations, and on-site execution for high-profile activations.
- Curate high-quality content (copy, visuals, video) for social platforms, websites, and campaigns, ensuring consistent luxury branding and voice.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; report on KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Creative, PR, Sales, and Product teams to align campaigns with product launches and seasonal initiatives.
- Manage influencer, media, and partner relationships; negotiate budgets and timelines; track deliverables and performance.
- Support paid media activities and foundational SEO efforts to boost organic reach and lead generation; optimize assets for performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of digital marketing and events experience; luxury brand exposure preferred.
- Strong written and visual storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and content.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprinklr/Hootsuite, etc.), and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent project management, event coordination, and vendor management abilities; capable of handling multiple timelines and budgets.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus; strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for luxury branding and superior customer experience.
