Responsibility

  • Plan and execute end‑to‑end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Own CRM and lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, automation, welcome series, re‑engagement, and retention campaigns.
  • Define growth metrics, set targets (CAC, LTV, ROAS), implement tracking, attribution models, and build leadership dashboards.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to optimize landing pages, funnels, and messaging.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and vendor relationships; ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
  • Lead A/B testing and multi‑variant experiments for creatives, landing pages, offers, and audiences; implement learnings quickly.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders; translate data into actionable growth plans.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, privacy/compliance requirements (PDPA) in Malaysia, and healthcare marketing best practices.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years in digital marketing or growth roles, preferably with healthcare or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of driving paid media ROAS and effective lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Solid data analytics skills with Google Analytics 4, Data Studio/Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
