Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, and paid/search).
- Create, schedule, and monitor social media content; engage with followers and analyze performance metrics.
- Support content creation (blog posts, landing pages, newsletters) with keyword optimization.
- Assist with email marketing workflows, list segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) and generate reports.
- Perform basic SEO tasks such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and metadata tagging.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Maintain brand consistency and contribute to performance reviews and insights.
Qualification
- Current pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and analytics; familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Malay language skills are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent.
- Ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
