Responsibility
- Lead planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels (content, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display).
- Develop and manage a holistic content strategy and editorial calendar aligned to product launches and promotions.
- Analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and drive improvements in reach, engagement, and conversion rates to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to craft compelling brand stories and customer journeys.
- Manage marketing budget, allocate spend, and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Oversee social media presence, community management, and influencer/partnership initiatives as appropriate.
- Lead A/B testing, landing page optimization, and creative experimentation to improve effectiveness.
- Mentor and develop junior marketers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or hardware sectors.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with content creation, brand storytelling, and editorial practices.
- Local market knowledge of the Philippines and the Manila market is a plus.
