Job description

Accor is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence in Singapore, elevate brand visibility, and power conversions across all digital touchpoints. You will own the end-to-end digital strategy for Accor's hospitality brands, driving paid and organic channels, optimizing customer journeys, and collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with guests.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, be data-driven, and have a track record of delivering measurable ROI in fast-paced environments. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Accor's digital footprint in a competitive hospitality market, leveraging performance marketing, content strategy, SEO, and CRM to attract, engage, and convert guests while upholding brand standards and an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and bookings in Singapore and the wider region.
  • Lead paid media campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Drive SEO and content marketing initiatives to improve organic visibility and engagement across Accor's property brands.
  • Oversee email marketing and marketing automation to nurture leads and drive conversions across the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, product, and sales teams to develop compelling campaigns and optimized landing pages.
  • Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and report ROI to senior leadership.
  • Ensure brand consistency and excellent guest experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and privacy regulations, implementing innovative tactics as appropriate.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel paid media campaigns with budgets of SGD 500k+ annually.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, content strategy, analytics (GA4), tag management (GTM), and CRO methods.
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and translating data into actionable plans.
