Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to attract new patients for Neuvel Aesthetic & Dental Clinic in Surabaya.
- Plan, create, and manage content across the website, blog, social media, and email campaigns to promote services.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram) with ongoing optimization for ROI.
- Improve local SEO and optimize the clinic’s online presence across maps and directories.
- Analyze performance metrics with Google Analytics and other tools; report insights to stakeholders and adjust budgets accordingly.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to align marketing with patient needs, service offerings, and regulatory compliance.
- Engage with the local community, respond to reviews, and nurture referrals through partnerships and campaigns.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus and helps with broader reach.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong project management, organization, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment.
