Responsibility
- Support and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, content) for global clients.
- Schedule, publish, and optimize social media posts; monitor engagement and capture insights.
- Assist with email marketing: list segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate content creation and calendar management with writers, designers, and partners.
- Conduct basic SEO tasks, keyword research, and assist with on-page optimization coordination.
- Maintain and update CRM records, qualify leads, and support lead generation efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and compile regular reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, virtual assistance, or remote marketing support.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Twitter) and basic content creation concepts.
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit) and marketing automation basics.
- Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics or equivalent).
- Strong written and verbal English communication; comfortable collaborating with international teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
