We're seeking a results-driven Dropshipping Operations & Marketing Specialist to manage supplier relationships, optimize product sourcing, and drive profitable growth across multiple storefronts.

You will own end-to-end order fulfillment workflows, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing to maximize conversion and ROAS. This role blends operations, product research, and growth marketing, ideal for data-driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility

  • Manage supplier onboarding, negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to secure reliable supply chains.
  • Conduct ongoing product research to identify high-margin, trending products and winning niches.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, returns, and customer service escalations to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
  • Optimize product listings across Shopify and WooCommerce, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and variants.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan launches, promos, and advertising strategies that improve ROAS.
  • Monitor KPIs (margin, fulfillment SLA, order defect rate, return rate, ROAS) and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using apps and workflows (DSers, Oberlo alternatives, or Zapier) to scale operations.

Qualification

  • 2+ years in dropshipping, e-commerce operations, or related fields.
  • Proven experience with Shopify (and/or Shopify Plus) and WooCommerce, plus product listing optimization.
  • Strong supplier/vendor relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Solid data analysis ability (Excel/Google Sheets, basic SQL or data tools) and familiarity with analytics (GA4, Shopify reports).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple storefronts, products, and priorities.
  • Understanding of digital marketing basics, including SEO for product pages and paid ads influence on conversions.
