Join Apex E-Commerce Solutions as an Online Store Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of multiple client storefronts. You will own product catalog management, order processing, customer service workflows, and performance optimization to maximize revenue and profitability across platforms.
As a hands-on leader, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to implement merchandising strategies, optimize conversion rates, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be empowered to experiment with pricing, promotions, and page-level optimizations backed by data.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations across multiple ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) to ensure accurate product data, pricing, and order fulfillment.
- Lead product catalog management, including onboarding new products, optimizing titles, descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly metadata.
- Drive revenue growth by analyzing KPIs, executing merchandising strategies, pricing tactics, promotions, and cross-sell / upsell campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and paid media teams to plan and execute campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing that boost conversion and ROAS.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and fulfillment workflows to minimize stockouts and improve shipping times.
- Own customer service workflows, issue resolution, and returns processes to maintain high NPS and satisfaction.
- Establish reporting dashboards and data-driven processes to monitor store performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience managing ecommerce stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Strong understanding of product data optimization and SEO best practices for product pages.
- Proven ability to analyze data, extract insights, and translate into action with KPIs.
- Experience with inventory and supplier management; familiarity with fulfillment workflows.
- Excellent project management, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication; customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and basic PPC or email marketing is a plus.
