BrightCart Solutions is seeking an experienced Online Store Manager to lead the end-to-end management of our clients' ecommerce stores. This role blends operations, merchandising, and data-driven optimization to deliver remarkable shopping experiences.
Location: Austin, TX (remote-friendly). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys executing cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day store operations across platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces).
- Oversee product catalog, pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategy.
- Monitor inventory, supplier relationships, and fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and report to stakeholders.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to align campaigns and CX.
- Lead app integrations, feature launches, and data migrations with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with tax, shipping, payment providers, and data privacy requirements.
Qualification
- 3+ years of ecommerce/store management or operations experience.
- Proficiency with Shopify and/or WooCommerce; experience with analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization.
- Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities; stakeholder/vendor coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic SEO and product-page optimization is a plus.
