Join BrightMall Labs as an Online Store Manager and lead ecommerce operations to new heights. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our online storefront, partnering with Marketing, Product, and Logistics to deliver a superior shopping experience that drives revenue.
This is a premium, remote-friendly position with preference for candidates based in Austin, TX, or nearby. You will have the autonomy to optimize storefronts, catalogs, and promotions using data-driven methods.
Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations across Shopify and other major platforms (WooCommerce, Magento) to ensure reliable order processing and checkout.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management to maximize conversion and margin.
- Analyze performance data, build dashboards, and implement data-driven improvements across marketing, merchandising, and logistics.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align SEO, content, email campaigns, and paid media with catalog strategy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage sourcing, fulfillment, returns, and vendor relationships.
- Champion user experience improvements, site reliability, mobile optimization, and accessibility.
- Lead cross-functional projects such as new feature integrations, catalog expansions, and platform migrations with clear timelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of ecommerce or online store management experience, preferably with Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics 4, Data Studio/Looker, and A/B testing.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through conversion rate optimization and merchandising.
- Excellent vendor management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote environment.
