NovaNexus Commerce is seeking a results-driven Dropshipping Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing ecommerce team. This role focuses on optimizing supplier relationships, streamlining order fulfillment, and scaling profitable product launches across global markets. Remote-friendly with optional on-site collaboration in Singapore.
As a key player in our dropshipping operations, you will optimize the end-to-end process from supplier onboarding to delivery, driving efficiency and maximizing margins in a dynamic market. You will collaborate with procurement, marketing, and analytics to unlock scalable growth while maintaining a superior customer experience.

Responsibility
- Source and vet suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and onboard new products for dropship models.
- Oversee order processing from purchase to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Monitor product profitability, optimize pricing, and run regular margin analyses.
- Set up and maintain product listings on Shopify and WooCommerce with conversion-focused optimizations.
- Manage inventory visibility, reduce stockouts, and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
- Analyze shipping times, select carriers, and implement cost-saving logistics strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to align product launches with promotions and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer support for post-purchase issues to maintain high satisfaction.
Qualification
- 2+ years in dropshipping, ecommerce operations, or supplier management.
- Strong negotiation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other ecommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with AliExpress, Alibaba, and supplier onboarding processes.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work in a remote-friendly role with occasional on-site meetings in Singapore.
