Responsibility

  • Coordinate the administrative processes for research ethics board submissions and correspondence.
  • Review research documents for completeness and compliance with relevant guidelines and SOPs.
  • Assist in scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting minutes for DSRB meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of study status, correspondence, and approvals in internal databases.
  • Serve as a liaison between investigators, sponsors, and the DSRB to facilitate the review process.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support training sessions or outreach to internal stakeholders.
  • Compile and prepare reports or data analysis as required by the research ethics administration team.
  • Handle confidential information sensitively and professionally at all times.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Health Sciences, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in administrative or office support roles, ideally within research or healthcare settings.
