Asia Adproducts Ltd. Co. is seeking an energetic E-Commerce Associate to join our growing team in Metro Manila. In this role, you will manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms, including our website and major online marketplaces, to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. You will ensure product listings are compelling, accurate, and optimized for search, while delivering a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
You will be responsible for keeping product information up to date, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels. The role requires strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset to optimize listings for visibility and conversion across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and our own website.
As part of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to execute promotions, manage the catalog, and coordinate order fulfillment and returns. You will monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and translate insights into actionable improvements that grow revenue and customer satisfaction in the Philippine market.

Responsibility
- Manage and optimize product listings across the company website and major online marketplaces to ensure accuracy, completeness, and SEO-friendly content.
- Update product information including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, SKUs, and variants; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep catalogs current.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics to prevent stockouts and overstock; reconcile discrepancies.
- Process orders, coordinate fulfillment, shipping, tracking, and returns; ensure timely delivery and customer communication.
- Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotions, category optimizations, and content strategies that improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Track performance metrics (visits, conversion rate, revenue, AOV) across platforms and prepare regular reports with insights and recommended actions.
- Deliver responsive customer support across channels; resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain data hygiene and perform regular audits of listings and catalog to ensure consistency and compliance with brand standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing; startup experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and content management systems; basic HTML editing is a plus; familiarity with marketplace tools is a plus.
- Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, and/or platform analytics) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data-driven decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to engage with cross-functional teams.
