Goldlion Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to drive our online business across Lazada, Shopee, other marketplaces, and our own website. This role requires hands-on operation, strategic optimization, content management, and data-driven decision making. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics to maximize online revenue and customer satisfaction.
As part of our fast-paced digital team, you will own day-to-day store operations, optimize product listings, curate compelling content, and execute promotions across multiple channels. You will monitor performance, identify opportunities to improve conversion, and ensure brand consistency across all storefronts. Responsibility
- Manage daily e-commerce operations across Lazada, Shopee, and the company website, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, vouchers, and flash sales across marketplaces and own site; monitor results and adjust strategy.
- Monitor key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, ROAS) and prepare regular data-driven reports for management.
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics partners; manage stock levels and prevent oversell.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent branding, storefront updates, and high-quality product visuals and copy.
- Engage with suppliers and vendors for product onboarding, catalog updates, pricing accuracy, and content refreshes.
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely responses to inquiries, issue resolution, and management of reviews and ratings.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, e-commerce, Communications, or related field; or equivalent practical experience in online retail.
- Hands-on experience managing Lazada, Shopee or other Singapore online marketplaces; familiarity with platform tools and seller dashboards.
- Strong copywriting and content editing skills; experience with product imagery, basic photography, and asset optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets, or basic analytics tools; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research for product listings; understanding of merchandising and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
