We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive team member to support our online marketing initiatives and help drive sales across our digital channels. This casual/part-time role is ideal for early-career marketers, recent graduates, or students seeking hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital campaigns in Singapore.
In this role, you will contribute to planning and executing campaigns across our online store and marketplace platforms, including content creation, product listing optimization, promotions, and customer engagement. You will work closely with merchandising, design, and operations teams to ensure product information is accurate, promotions are timely, and the customer journey is seamless from discovery to checkout. You will gain exposure to a range of tools and channels, learn how to interpret basic performance metrics, and see how small optimizations translate into tangible results.

Responsibility
- Support the planning and execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns across platforms including the online store, marketplaces, and social media.
- Assist with product listing optimization, including titles, descriptions, imagery, and attribute accuracy.
- Coordinate content creation for promotions, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversions, ROAS) and prepare simple reports for the team.
- Support discounts, promotions, and seasonal campaigns; ensure pricing, stock, and messaging consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, design, operations) to deliver compelling shopping experiences.
- Provide responsive support for customer inquiries related to campaigns and promotions.
Qualification
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or related internships; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketplaces; basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to learn quickly and interpret basic performance data.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment; Singaporean or eligible to work in Singapore.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; basic knowledge of CMS or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
