Join Seilera Berkah Kulina as an E-Commerce Specialist and lead our Jakarta-based marketplace operations. You will manage day-to-day activities across our online platform, ensuring accurate product listings, competitive pricing, and seamless order fulfillment. This role combines analytical rigor with a hands-on approach to optimize revenue, improve customer experience, and strengthen our brand presence in the Indonesian e-commerce landscape.
As the E-Commerce Specialist, you will monitor key metrics, generate actionable insights, and prepare performance reports for leadership. You will troubleshoot listing issues, coordinate with platform support, and implement process improvements to reduce defects and shorten order cycles. This is a hands-on role with room to grow into broader e-commerce responsibilities within a dynamic Indonesian brand.
Ideal candidates are data-driven and detail-oriented, with experience in Indonesian marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or Lazada, and comfortable using spreadsheets and dashboards to track performance. You will own the relationship with internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely updates to product catalogs, pricing, and promotions. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will help you succeed in this role.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end marketplace operations across our online store(s), ensuring accurate product data, pricing, and catalog consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement and logistics to avoid stockouts and delays.
- Process orders efficiently, handle returns, and maintain top-tier customer satisfaction through timely communications.
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics; generate reports and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize product content, banners, promotions, and photography for high-impact listings.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, payment processes, and quality standards.
- Onboard and manage vendor relationships, new product launches, and catalog updates.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or online retail.
- Strong attention to detail with a data-driven mindset; proficient in analytics tools and Excel/Sheets.
- Experience with Indonesian marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) and CMS/product listing tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and vendors; proactive team player.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
