Join Bahana Guest House as an E-Commerce Support Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in digital property management and dynamic online retail operations. Based in Denpasar, Bali, you will learn how to optimize listings, manage customer inquiries, and support the day-to-day running of our online presence.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in product listing, content optimization, data entry, and cross-channel customer support within a hospitality-focused digital environment.
Under the guidance of our small, collaborative team, you will contribute to updating property and product listings, ensuring accurate information, compelling descriptions, and high-quality imagery. You will also assist with order processing, inventory tracking, and performance reporting, helping Bahana Guest House grow its online reach while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibility
- Assist with creating, updating, and optimizing product and property listings across e-commerce platforms and our online channels.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate information, high-quality images, and engaging descriptions.
- Process orders, track inventory, and support fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support digital property management tasks, including content updates and metadata optimization for SEO.
- Monitor performance metrics and compile weekly reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to boost online visibility and engagement.
- Maintain data accuracy, perform quality checks, and suggest process improvements.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian; able to communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and product listing processes; comfortable with data entry and task prioritization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with image editing tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about digital property management and online retail.
- Knowledge of SEO basics and digital marketing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a small team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
