Responsibility

  • Assist with creating, updating, and optimizing product and property listings across e-commerce platforms and our online channels.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate information, high-quality images, and engaging descriptions.
  • Process orders, track inventory, and support fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Support digital property management tasks, including content updates and metadata optimization for SEO.
  • Monitor performance metrics and compile weekly reports to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to boost online visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain data accuracy, perform quality checks, and suggest process improvements.

Qualification

  • Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian; able to communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and product listing processes; comfortable with data entry and task prioritization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with image editing tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
