Responsibility
- Provide professional customer support for a retail account, addressing inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Resolve product, service, and billing issues with accuracy and empathy.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring data integrity in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved cases to appropriate teams and track resolutions to meet service levels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions to deliver accurate information.
- Meet or exceed individual performance metrics related to quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and improve customer experience.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students or graduates are welcomed.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with computers and basic CRM systems; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in Quezon City, with suitable commuting arrangements.
