As part of our Digital Marketing team, youâll work on high-impact campaigns, optimize product pages, and help expand our ecommerce footprint across markets. Responsibility
- Own and optimize Australian ecommerce campaigns across platforms, including product listings, promotions, pricing, and merchandising to maximize conversions and ROAS.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Design, and Tech teams to implement SEO-friendly product and category pages with strong CTAs.
- Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, revenue) using Analytics tools and generate weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Manage catalog updates, including item attributes, pricing, stock, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Execute A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve user experience and sales outcomes.
- Support content updates, homepage features, and promotional assets for digital campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization to boost organic visibility and product discovery.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and campaign planning efforts with a data-driven mindset.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1â2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, SEO, or direct-to-consumer roles; internships considered.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and familiarity with CMS systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for content updates is a plus; willingness to learn.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a hybrid work setting.
