Responsibility
- Accurately enter and update various company data and documents into management systems and databases
- Verify and audit information for completeness and accuracy to ensure data integrity
- Support accounting and administrative departments in day-to-day operations
- Prepare and organize reports, spreadsheets, and filing systems for easy retrieval
- Assist with processing invoices, receipts, and other related financial documents
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
- Identify and correct errors in data before submission
- Coordinate with team members for timely data updates and resolve discrepancies
Qualification
- High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field; accounting or business-related courses are an advantage
- Proven experience as an encoder, data entry clerk, or similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
