Responsibility

  • Lead engaging walking tours for small to mid sized groups in Cusco and surrounding attractions.
  • Provide accurate historical, cultural, and practical context to enhance the visitor experience.
  • Manage group logistics, pacing, safety, and on tour risk assessment.
  • Coordinate with local partners, drivers, and vendors to ensure seamless itineraries.
  • Deliver pre tour briefings and post tour summaries; handle special requests and accessibility needs.
  • Uphold brand standards, collect feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of tours.
  • Represent the company professionally, with excellent customer service and problem solving.

Qualification

  • Valid Peru professional tour guide license or eligibility to work as a guide in Peru
  • Minimum 1 year guiding experience with English-speaking guests
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; exceptional storytelling and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of Cusco region, sites, history, and local culture
  • First aid certificate and safety awareness
