Join a premium expansion of heritage experiences with Heritage Trails London as a Tour Guide. You will lead immersive, small-group tours through London's iconic landmarks and hidden gems, delivering exceptional guest experiences in English and possibly additional languages.

Responsibility
- Lead high-quality walking or bus tours for groups, ensuring clear and engaging storytelling.
- Adapt itineraries to group interests, weather, and accessibility considerations.
- Provide accurate historical, cultural, and practical information about landmarks.
- Prioritize guest safety, crowd management, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with operations to manage bookings, check-in, and equipment.
- Maintain brand standards, dress code, and presentation guidelines.
- Collect feedback and relay insights to improve tours and materials.
- Collaborate with local partners and vendors to enhance experiences (tickets, venues, transport).
Qualification
- Proven tour guiding or hospitality experience in a city environment.
- Excellent public speaking, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of London's history, neighborhoods, museums, and transport.
- Customer service oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- First aid certification and awareness of safety protocols is preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and a valid ID or passport.
