NovaVoyage Travel Group is seeking a results-driven Tourism Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives across the vibrant city of Barcelona. In this role, you will craft compelling campaigns, manage digital channels, and build strategic partnerships with local tourism boards, hotels, and experience providers. Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated tourism marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive awareness and bookings.
- Lead content strategy including destination storytelling, blog posts, videos, and social media assets.
- Manage paid media programs (SEM, social ads, retargeting) with a focus on ROI and attribution.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with tourism boards, hotels, tour operators, and local experiences to expand reach.
- Plan and coordinate events, fam trips, and influencer partnerships to showcase the destination.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators; translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to optimize the booking funnel and destination pages.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team and cross-functional partners.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field; master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of tourism or travel marketing experience with a track record of campaign success.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools.
- Experience working with tourism boards, travel partners, and event organizers is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed to partner sites and events.
