  • Adapt tours for varied group sizes, ages, and language levels; provide substitutions when required.
  • Answer guest questions with clear, engaging explanations and local recommendations for dining and activities.
  • Coordinate with operations for start times, replacements, and incident reporting; upsell premium experiences when appropriate.

Qualification

  • Excellent public speaking, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
  • 1+ year of tour guiding, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred.
