Responsibility
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and promotional campaigns.
- Lead small project teams to ensure successful event operations from start to finish.
- Assist in developing innovative campaign ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance metrics, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Manage event set-up, logistics, and on-site troubleshooting to guarantee smooth operations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions to challenges.
- Handle post-event reporting and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualification
- No previous experience required—training will be provided!
- Energetic, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills in marketing and events management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work occasional weekends or evenings for events.
- Diploma or equivalent preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
