Responsibility
- Develop and implement environmental management systems aligned with industry best practices and local regulations.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs), site inspections, and risk analyses for diverse projects.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, recommendations, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment and approvals.
- Coordinate environmental audits and contribute to the development of corrective strategies.
- Advise clients on sustainable initiatives, policy trends, and emerging technologies.
- Deliver internal and external environmental awareness training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and data management for ongoing initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years' experience in environmental management, compliance, or consulting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian environmental legislation and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with EIAs, audits, and environmental monitoring tools.
- Proficient in data analysis, technical report writing, and stakeholder communications.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications (EP, ENV SP, or similar) considered an asset.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
