In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to implement pollution prevention, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and water stewardship initiatives while maintaining rigorous ESG reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of environmental management programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Oversee permitting, reporting, and compliance activities across facilities and projects in the Northwest region.
  • Drive ESG data collection, metrics tracking, and transparent reporting to executives and external stakeholders.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and water stewardship.
  • Conduct risk assessments and environmental impact analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with operations, safety, and facilities teams to embed a culture of environmental excellence.
  • Manage audits, regulatory inspections, and corrective action plans with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in environmental management, regulatory compliance, or ESG reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of EPA, state and local environmental regulations; experience with permitting processes.
  • Proven track record in data analytics, KPI development, and sustainability reporting (GRI, SASB, or equivalent).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional certifications such as CEM, ENV SP, or PE are a plus.
