GreenPath Environmental Solutions is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to lead our client’s environmental stewardship in the Pacific Northwest.
In this role you will oversee regulatory compliance, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with ISO 14001 and EPA requirements.

Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of environmental management plans across multiple sites in the Pacific Northwest.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, WA DOE, NEPA as applicable).
- Implement ISO 14001 aligned EMS, conduct internal audits, close non-conformities, and maintain certification readiness.
- Oversee hazardous waste management, air and water permits, spill prevention, and emergency response planning.
- Lead data-driven metrics, track emissions and waste reduction, and report to leadership with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with operations, safety, and procurement to minimize environmental risk and drive sustainable sourcing.
- Interpret policy changes, provide training, and build a culture of environmental accountability.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field; master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in environmental management, compliance, and sustainability programs.
- Strong knowledge of EPA regulations, WA state environmental requirements, and ISO 14001.
- Proven track record of leading audits, risk assessments, and improvement projects.
- Excellent data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence decisions at all levels.
- Professional certifications such as CEM, CHMM, or equivalent are a plus.
