GreenPulse Environmental Solutions is seeking an experienced Environmental Program Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end environmental programs for public and private sector clients. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on regulatory compliance, sustainability planning, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder collaboration.
The ideal candidate will translate complex environmental requirements into actionable plans, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive outcomes that protect the environment while delivering measurable business value.
Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental programs, including regulatory compliance, waste management, air and water quality, and contamination control.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards (e.g., NEPA, RCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act) and maintain up-to-date documentation for audits and reporting.
- Manage program budgets, schedules, milestones, and vendor relationships while optimizing for cost efficiency and risk reduction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders to align program goals with environmental and business objectives.
- Perform risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present ESG and regulatory reports to stakeholders, executives, and clients, translating technical findings into actionable insights.
- Lead field activities, data collection, sampling plans, and QA/QC procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement; mentor junior staff and contribute to business development efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience delivering environmental programs and compliance initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., NEPA, RCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act) and audit processes.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience presenting to executives and clients.
- Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and ESG disclosure; experience with GIS tools is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and adapt to dynamic project priorities.
