Responsibility

  • Lead the design, implementation, and governance of environmental management programs that meet or exceed regulatory requirements at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Coordinate environmental permitting, audits, inspections, and corrective action plans with internal teams and external regulators.
  • Develop and oversee sustainability reporting, energy and water metrics, waste reduction programs, and greenhouse gas inventories (GHG).
  • Analyze environmental risk, conduct due diligence for new projects, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional projects to reduce ecological footprint and operational costs while maintaining compliance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental management, EHS, or sustainability programs.
  • Professional certifications such as LEED AP, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor/Manager, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (federal, state, and local) and permit processes.
  • Proficiency in sustainability data collection, analysis, and reporting tools (GHG Protocol, CDP, SASB, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels.
  • Project management experience with budget and timeline oversight; proficient with MS Office and EHS software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, travel as required, and demonstrate a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
