Responsibility

  • Lead and manage environmental programs ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor permits, reporting, and audit processes across multiple facilities.
  • Design and execute sustainability initiatives, including resource conservation, waste reduction, and emissions management.
  • Coordinate internal audits and third-party reviews; manage corrective action tracking and verification.
  • Collaborate with operations, EHS, and management to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and process design.
  • Analyze environmental data and metrics; prepare dashboards and executive summaries for stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental management, EHS, or compliance within relevant industries.
  • Strong knowledge of EPA regulations, state equivalents, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Proven track record of leading complex compliance programs and audits.
