In this role, you will manage ERP data integrity for inventory, orders, and returns, coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, and support the optimization of warehouse operations. You will monitor stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and help ensure production schedules are aligned with customer demand. Responsibility
- Maintain accurate ERP data for inventory, orders, and returns to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including carrier communications, scheduling, and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to support accurate planning.
- Optimize warehouse processes and MRP planning to align with production schedules and customer demand.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to drive continuous process improvements.
- Generate and analyze reports to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist with ERP configuration changes, testing, and data migration tasks as needed.
- Support audit readiness and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience using an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and strong data management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of inventory control, warehouse management, and 3PL coordination.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.
- Professional approach to continuous improvement and process standardization.
