  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, on-site operations, registration, AV, dΓ©cor, catering, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop attendee experiences, sponsor activations, and speaker/agenda management to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Maintain rigorous risk management, compliance, and health and safety standards across venues.
  • Provide post-event analysis with actionable insights and continuous improvement recommendations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in events management, marketing, hospitality, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate or large-scale event management with proven budget responsibility.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract review skills.
  • Excellent vendor and stakeholder communication; fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication.
