Lumina Events Ltd is seeking a seasoned Event Manager to lead a portfolio of live events across sectors including corporate conferences, product launches, and experiential campaigns.
This role combines strategic planning, supplier management, and hands-on on-site leadership to ensure flawless execution and exceptional attendee experiences.
As the Event Manager, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage budgets, and drive end-to-end logistics from concept to completion.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end planning for assigned events, including timelines, budgets, risk management, and contingency planning.
- Source, negotiate, and manage venues, vendors, sponsors, and contractors.
- Develop event concepts, Run of Show, agendas, and branding guidelines to meet objectives.
- Oversee on-site logistics, registration, attendee experience, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, and expense tracking; provide transparent reporting.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and post-event evaluation.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in corporate events or live experiences, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile events.
- Experience managing event budgets up to £500k and coordinating multi-site deployments.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and program management abilities.
- Proficiency with event technology (registration systems, CRM, mobile apps) and data-driven reporting.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
